This Deca batch has a bit lower quality

I've been purchasing your coffes for some time now, and always appreciated the high quality you invest on the coffe.
I also have been bought Deca for spouse and some ocasional friends, and always have received good feedback of the Deca(I my self haven't tried but one or two); However this last batch I've aquired is receiving a bad feedback from them they say the quality is very below from what it was before.
This is particular troublesome for me, because I've always bought only two bags of deca(32 capsules), and this time I decided to buy 80 capsules and now I am afraid that all the batch is bad...
I do believe that this is just a fluke on the very high quality that I've been experiencing over the years, but I also think you deserve to be alerted of that.

Ho sempre acquistato questo prodotto trovandomi benissimo dando 5 stelle, ma nell'ultimo ordine effettuato le capsule sono diverse e scadenti e quindi abbasso il mio voto a 2. Creano fuoriuscita di acqua e ritrovo polvere di caffè nella tazzina. La qualità del caffè è rimasta invariata ma le nuove capsule utilizzate sono pessime, spero la prossima volta di ritrovare il vecchio prodotto.
