Who will deliver my order?
Your valuable order will be entrusted to one of our trusted couriers:
BRT / GLS / SDA / TNT / FEDEX (depending on your delivery address).
The courier will deliver your precious paco to your home, work, pick-up point... in short, wherever is most convenient for you.
What is the delivery time?
Once received, your order will be processed, prepared with love, shipped and delivered in 48/72 h maximum.
For areas that are more difficult to reach (remote mountain areas, smaller islands..) delivery times may be longer, up to a maximum of 5 working days.
How do I track my order?
At any time you can see the most up-to-date status from the link at the bottom of the email that will be sent to you upon dispatch by clicking on the "track your shipment" button. In addition, the day before delivery you will receive a message from the courier indicating the expected delivery date.
Can I change my address after dispatch?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after it has been handed over to the carrier. You can, however, choose to have your order delivered to a pick-up point, so that you can pick up your parcel at your convenience.
Can I indicate an exact delivery time?
Unfortunately not, but you can choose via the sms that will be sent to you by the courier to change the day of delivery according to your needs and availability or choose a pick-up point so that you can collect the parcel when you are most comfortable
If the courier does not find me at home, will he phone me?
Unfortunately not, but most of the time they leave a message on the door with the consignment number with which you can, via online chat or the toll-free number, indicate the day you would like to receive the parcel or the pick-up point where you would like to collect it when you want it.

Info for a perfect shipment
- Provide the correct address where you want to receive the parcel. Make sure that someone is always present, specifying the name on the doorbell
- give the telephone number of the recipient or whoever will receive your precious order, so that the courier can call you if they have any difficulties.
- If you live in an area that is very difficult to find remember to give us some hints on how to find you by writing it in the Order Notes. We will then provide it to the courier.
