A young woman torn between two beautiful lands. Sicily, with its radiant light and warmth that melts your heart, and Campania, full of colour, music and joy. Thus was born Teorema Mediterraneo, a company that produces mixtures of dehydrated vegetables, dehydrated condiments, creams and flavoured jams. This is the company of Rossella Spatola, the fourth generation of a family involved in the drying of fruit and vegetables. From the family business in Nocera Inferiore, Teorema Mediterraneo Srl was born a few years ago.

'I grew up eating almonds in the countryside, savouring the flavour of freshly picked prickly pears, breathing in the scent of freshly dried chilli peppers and my family's spices,' explains Rossella. 'I travelled the world driven by an unstoppable curiosity for new cultures, to broaden my horizons, taste the flavours and experience the traditions of many countries. But then I went back to my roots and decided to start a project, my own, which synthesises everything I have learnt, everything I am and everything I want to become'.

The generational transition is now over, Teorema now focuses on innovation, taste and health, and on the strength of an all-female team, thanks to the help of cousin Donatella and the tireless Teorema's girls. 'The Teorema solution is to live in balance and harmony with nature and everything around you,' explains Rossella, 'eat healthy, live healthy, think healthy to be happy. The aim of Teorema is to disseminate a healthy lifestyle and a correct diet, through the consumption of natural, organic and km 0 products. If we had to summarise our mission in a few words, we could say 'to want well and be well' because through the range of our products we feel the need to offer consumers, healthy, genuine and controlled products so that they can better enjoy the natural flavours of the past'. The year 2022 brings with it an important novelty: a new location for Teorema Srl also in Nocera. A new place where extraordinary mixes can be created.
